Clip started because most tool sites online are awful · ads everywhere, slow to load, half built, and usually tracking every keystroke. Sorting a list of names shouldn't require accepting thirty-seven cookies.
So we built 68+ tools that cover the things people actually need · sorting, deduplication, case conversion, find-and-replace, encoding, combinatorics, image resizing, PDF merging, and more. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing gets uploaded.
Principles
Everything runs locally
Every tool is a pure client-side JavaScript function. Your text, images and PDFs never leave your device · there is no server to leak them from.
Fast by construction
The whole site is statically generated and the tools are zero-dependency functions. No loading spinner, no network round-trip, no sign-in wall.
Honest about tracking
By default we don't set cookies or run analytics. If we ever flip that on, you'll see a consent banner and you can decline without losing any features.
Keyboard first
Press ⌘K or / anywhere on the site to fuzzy-search every tool. Ctrl+↵ runs the current tool. Escape closes dialogs. Works on every tool.
